Green with Envy

The brief for this project was to renovate to sell. We understood the need to pull buyers in with clever design and stunning finishes for this three-story beauty. The kitchen was designed to provide several functions given the space did not allow for walk in pantries or separation. This was achieved through layout and cleverly hidden prep cabinet areas. A subtle barely there grey was used for the cabinetry, settling into the backdrop to provide a full stage for the stunning verde onyx bench tops.
For the bathrooms, a moody grey and green palette ensured a glamorous injection of style, with high end finishes confirming their worth on closer inspection by potential buyers. Concrete baths in deep charcoal, multi-faceted large format tiles with green fan mosaic tile feature walls and brushed gold tapware sealed the deal for this exciting project.
